Hi, I’m Stephanie Cowles
I have a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. And I am currently working towards my board certification to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
As a functional nutritionist, my approach centers on understanding the unique needs of each individual. I believe that nutrition plays a crucial role in not only preventing but also managing medical issues. By focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods, I aim to help clients enhance their overall well-being.
In my practice, I assess various factors including lifestyle, dietary habits, and health history to create personalized nutrition plans. These plans are designed to promote balance in the body and support metabolic functions. Incorporating simple wellness habits, such as mindful eating and regular meal planning, can lead to significant improvements in health.
I emphasize the importance of a holistic view of wellness; addressing stress, sleep, and physical activity alongside nutrition can create a comprehensive roadmap to better health. By empowering individuals with knowledge and practical strategies, my goal is to help them feel their best and manage their health concerns through informed nutritional choices.
